I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came in and paid to get my breaks replaced (front) less than 6 months ago, and I’m just finding out that they never actually got replaced. A few days ago the breaks began making loud noises and I had to stop at the nearest autoshop because it didn’t feel safe, this is where I found out that the “new” breaks that Zenith Tire & Auto replaced for me were not so new after all. I even saw the plates myself and they looked extremely old. I went back to this shop to speak to the woman who supposedly replaced my breaks and show her, but unfortunately she denied everything and wouldn’t even take a look at the old and damaged break rotors that I brought back with me to show her. This was so shocking and extremely unprofessional, I still can’t believe that I was treated that way after simply trying to understand what I paid for 6 months ago.

First time coming to this shop and got a good experience.I went to the shop to get my current tires to be mounted to another set of rims (aftermarket) with old tires that needed to be dismounted.During the service I was informed that I needed a set of hub rings to use my aftermarket rims, I do not have this with me so they ordered the part for me as well as the lug nuts. While some people may think it is an upsell, it really is needed for aftermarket wheels as per so many google searches in the waiting room. I would rather have the wheels installed correctly and pay a bit more than get into an accident. This is very convenient and informative for me. It goes to say they know what they are doing.I also like how they update you on what is going on with the car. Waiting room is clean and they have a comfy chairWill definitely recommend to people I know

Great service. Good price. Very reasonable. Thanks for looking after my car. You guys did a good job on making sure my car stays maintained. Definitely recommend this place for all your car service whether it’s a small job or a big job, they will take care of you.

Visited zenith for an oil change after struggling to find honest mechanics for some time. I was told that the shop was under new management and was able to watch my vehicle from the lounge area. Several reccomendations were made for further work to my vehicle for preventative maintenance reasons, would definitely visit again. Very professional and curteous staff!

I have been coming here for a couple years now to do seasonal tire changes. Very friendly, fast and professional service.When I was there, I overheard a conversation where a recommendation was made for the customer to take their car to a different auto repair shop that specializes in the particular mechanical work being done. Gave them the option to price it and complete the work in house as well.Can't think of any mechanic shop I've been to in the past that has passed work along to a different shop because it would be better for the customer.Glad to see that they are working to build long term customer relationships instead of just trying to make a quick buck.

Very welcoming family business. Very fast service and surprisingly reasonable prices. Amazing waiting area with direct view of your vehicle being worked on. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, honest and reliable. Amazing friendly experience.
