I found this team through a google search but was immediately impressed by their quick response, honesty and willingness to meet my needs. I am not local to the area so their support was invaluable. They helped with anything from maintaining the exterior of the property, professional cleaning of the property, garbage disposal, small repairs and countless other issues that came up. Their evaluation of the property was on point and they worked with me to get as close to the list price as possible in a tough market. There were 62 showings in about three weeks!
