Horrible!!! The brown lady at the front desk was so rude, made me wait 20 minutes only to tell me they cannot do my test because it takes an hour. When I told her I was waiting in the office for 20 minutes until she called me up she said thats not my fault... it is her fault.. she made me wait... not friendly at all!

Booked an appointment for bloodwork online the day before & I get there & wait outside then when I get in the building I ask how much longer will I have to wait since my appointment was 20 minutes ago & the staff saysWell we are short staffed"This isn't acceptable considering she should not share that with me as it made me even madder!Also you should have enough staff to accommodate the appointments you book as it defeats the point of an appointment if you're not going to have enough staff!Also"

Excellent service from ALL ladies working here. I had bloodwork done as well as my 2 yr old, 5 yr old and 7 yr old. They were all very helpful, friendly and efficient.

The clinic is closed till further notice so I believe the hours should be adjusted to reflect this situation. I am not the only one who has come here thinking I will be seen.

They close at 2pm!Google says that they are open until 5pm and even their voicemail says that they are open til 5pm Monday to Thursday. They have so many pages stuck to their front door it is difficult to notice a sign with their hours saying that they close at 2pm everyday!
