On Dec. 23, 2019, I found out the gift I had ordered for my mom (from another retailer) wasn’t going to arrive before Christmas. After spending several hours scrambling to find a last-minute gift, I stumbled upon Madison Mackenzie on Christmas Eve. Within an hour, they had confirmed the items I picked out online were in stock, gathered them up in store AND wrapped it all up in a cute green bow.It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the owner, Tammy, who even offered to drop the gift off at my mom’s after her shift. Living in Calgary, I can tell you this kind of service is a rarity and the kind of small business I would support again and again.Needless to say, Madison Mackenzie goes above and beyond. Five BRIGHT stars in my books.

First time shopping there and will be the last. Nice things but once you buy don't ever try to exchange even within 7 days. Wanted to get a larger can of paint as I realized the one I bought was to small for the area I needed to cover, sales lady just said once it's out of the store not taking back. I just said thanks. Will never shop there again.

Terrible experience!!! Will never shop there again. The sales person and owner were pushy and their return policy of 4 or 5 days maybe 7 is too short and when I brought back my item they scritinized it, even brought it over in front of the window searching for minor defects!! Don't ever purchase from this store!!!

I dropped in today knowing what I needed but unsure of what would look best. I brought swatches and had a precise plan. Told the sales lady my price point and she picked out some beautiful things for me. I was so happy I came back later that day for more bedding, draperies etc. I worked in sales for years and they are very professional and have great design ideas.
