Great service from Buchan’s! They kept us informed and up to date through the process of repairing our car that was struck by a flying piece of metal on the highway. They were courteous and professional in all communications. The car looks great!

After a deer ran into my Jeep, my insurance sent me to BUCHAN’S. Staff kept me up to date as parts were back ordered. When my car went in, it was finished when promised and the inside was detailed. I would highly recommend BUCHAN’S.

A really great experience! Very kind customer service and the work on my car was excellent! They even cleaned the inside of my car before I picked it up, which was so unexpected! Very thankful for the ongoing communication while my car was being repaired!

The passenger door on my old Volvo would not open from the inside. I told the folks at Buchan's that I didn't want to spend a lot, given the car's age. They looked, improvised a fix that avoided replacing parts, and got me out the door in less than an hour for their minimum charge. That's customer service.

They did a great job as always. A few minor things they forgot so now l have to go back. Which is unfortunate. And have a tote in my car that isn’t mine and missing my back rubber insert. Just more attention to customer details is necessary.

I would highly recommend this shop. The staff were friendly, and kept me up to date during the repair process. And 2 months after the repair they treated me with respect and courtesy when investigating what I thought was a possible issue with the repair. It turned out to be nothing but they didn't make me feel like I was being a nuisance for taking it back in to be looked at.

CSN restored my car to original condition after a car accident in a snow storm. The team kept me apprised of status regularly which I appreciate as it took over 10 weeks to get all the parts in. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto service.
