Their store near Mulock has to have one of the best staff I've ever got to meet at a fast food restaurant !!! I used to go there for breakfast on my week days and I was always greeted with à smile and the staff members treated me like à guest !!! I would recommend to go to this location anytime great people!!!

Food: 9 Service: 11! Cleanliness: 9I've been to so many A&W locations but have never had such a pleasant order taker and so helpful.Salaira was very polite and was very patient while I placed my custom order for myself and my two daughters. When my order was ready, not everything could fit on my tray and she offered to bring some of the items to our table. I ad forgotten to ask for seasoning for our fries and asked her for some which she also brought to our table.I have not been to a fast food restaurant and received such good service as Salaira provided. I highly commend her for her friendliness and service!

I got my favourite meal from A&W that comes with onion rings the onion rings are my favourite part of my meal. The onion rings this time were awful. They used more salt than the sea has. Very disappointed

I stopped for quick bites and everyone loved it. Service is amazing and polite people work here ( shift 7 pm , 10 June). Food is so fresh, place is very clean and all work as team work. I visited few A&W across Ontario and this is among the top 5 for sure.

Going here, you would not believe it was fast food! We have been coming here for years and every single time, the staff are the friendliest, loveliest humans on earth, the food is fast, but seriously fresh, and the experience is just so pleasant! We were recently there and the staff came over and wiped down our table and brought us our food and checked in on us, you would have thought it was more of a dining restaurant, than fast food joint! And as much as we love the food, we would really like to put ALL the emphasis on the staff. This is NOT an easy job, especially in the past two years, and they seem to do it with grace, kindness, and ease (and I’m sure some days it’s hard to do this), so thank you so much! Highly recommend this specific A&W!!!

This establishment has hired some really rude employees and has not trained their employees on how to make their products properly and they have some very bad attitude for customer service. Keep in mind I do come to this location alot for the past 20years.Ordered a double mozza burger with no lettuce, and received a double mozza with lettuce and no bacon. I went back inside for them to correct the order. I received my new burger and only received 1 piece of bacon WITH lettuce. Then when I came back into the store to complain, one of your employees decided to be rude and ignorant with me. Needless to say, your employee is gonna have to clean up that burger that got left outside on the floor.

Came to this location 6 weeks ago and grabbed 4 burgers ,so when I got home they were all messed up pretty much ,either by toppings or sauces .Anyways I called the store same night and I talked to the managers and they got my info and they apologized and were saying next time you come we will make it up to you.Was passing by tonight and went inside and I told the manager the story and the response was my friend I can not find your name and not even that this is from 6 weeks ago and I showed him my calls history which showed the date that I called and time which was 7 minutes and I was trying to explain I was not on the phone with you guys for 7 min and asking you guys how is life treating you or are you happy !!!!obviously was a problem so took me almost 7 min to explain,At the end the guy said this is my dad's store and I can't do much .This is how they responded and argued for $25 purchased at their fernchise..I'm not that type of guy who usually do reviews but this was something that I had to mention
