Worst subway ... seriously i asked for more salad and she said it would be an extra ... they put half the cheese the usually do and it took 30 mk to make 2 x 6inch sandwish ...

This is the only subway where they try to sell you something extra. Extra cheese, bacon, water, cookie platter, whatever they can to add to the amount. Every subway asks if you want a trio or just the sub, and this is fine, but here they push hard for everything else, which is annoying to answer no thank you" 5-6 times on every visit."

A lot of turn-around means slower service as employees learn the ropes.This may improve as they have re-opened fully and can offer more job stability.

This location is within city limits in a small strip mall in Val des Monts, Quebec, just as you enter. Customer service was a bit slow because of the language barrier when it came to preparing food. It took a while for employee to understand English. It's a typical Subway in region. All vegetables, meat and dressings were good. Seating area available is limited, so takeout is your best option.

Worst subway ive ever went to. I kept giving them chances because its close to where i live, that also happens to be a french sector. They dont understand half of what youre saying but their english isnt as bad even if its still really bad. I went there 8 times now and on 6 of them, they missed my order up, but i went over it because they dont understand when you tell them and because im really not difficult with what i eat. On top of that, theyre rud with some customers and even the employees, no wonders theyve lost more than half of their customers...
