Bought a Canadian made sectional last year and was told I would be able to restuff couches in the future if they lost their fluff last year. That was the selling point to this couch. Well a month ago turned them over cuz I just wanted to add a little extra and 0 access. I called and inquired but got no phone call in return.#buyerbeware

I loved Couch9 Furniture!! Great collection, great experience and very good customer service, especially dealing with Ambica and Anil was a pleasure. Being locally owned is surely a bonus.This showroom looks even better with their expansion. Lots of new items to choose from.

I had a rather unpleasant experience with Couch9 at the beginning. I went to buy some bar stools, I specifically asked the staff if the stools are kitchen counter heights, and he said yes. But when I got home, I found the two same stools I purchased have completely different dimensions, one is higher than the kitchen counter and the other one is defective and unstable. I then went back to the store for return and refund, and the staff asked for 10% restocking fee. I was furious at first but the store manager contacted me the next day. She explained everything, acknowledged and apologized for the mistake,gave me $50 store credit and also reimbursed the 10% restocking fee. I understand it’s difficult to run a business these days, but hope no other customers will ever go through this again.

(This is a story about my amazing experience at Couch 9) When I saw the Corroya sofa in the Market Mall store, I immediately fell in love with it. It looks and feels like leather but is a super fibre that tolerates many ‘abuses’. I have dogs and a cat, so that sold me even more. But I wasn’t sure so I walked out with a lamp and hummingbird print which I love. In mid-December, I saw a ‘moving’ sign and panicked!! (not realizing there were other locations) I went in and saw ‘my’ sofa and it was on sale. I couldn’t stop thinking about it since I first saw it so, that was it. I couldn’t have it delivered until the end of January. When the fellas set it up, I was I knew it was even better in my living room than it did in the store. I love it. The staff in the store and delivery guys couldn’t have been been more pleasant and professional. The sales lady answered all my questions and actually remembered me when I bought the sofa because someone picked up the hummingbird print from just behind me in another store after my first visit. I went back to Couch 9 to let the lovely lady know, just in case the ‘thief’ tried to return it. She thought to call the security office and….it was there!! The person who just picked up the print could have asked ‘is this someone’s picture?’ and I would have turned around and looked right into her face. I picked up the print from security and went back to Couch 9 to thank the kind lady. The awesome lamp is used every day and the print will go near the new sofa. The delivery guys were well on time and got the sofa set up quickly but securely in its new home. I will highly recommend Couch 9 (sofas sounds more comfortable than couches) to anyone and if I need anything else, I will definitely stop in again. My new sofa looks very classy and is very comfortable. Thanks Couch 9 for a wonderful shopping experience. One of the best I’ve ever had.

Had a wonderful experience shopping at couch 9. The husband and wife team here are amazing. They helped us pick out a dining set and a incredibly comfortable couch for our entertainment room. Our family couldn’t be happier. Best customer service in town. Highly recommended!

Great customer service. Anne was so helpful once I told her what I was looking for. Eveyone was helpful and great price on my couch and chair. The delivery team was fantastic! They made sure to take extra care to not hit walls as the couch was so big. Great experience dealing with the team at Couch9.

I was impressed by the selection of custom fabric for both couch and throw pillows. The order took from Mid March to beginning of May. We didn’t take possession of our new home until end of May and they held the couch for us until we were in. Delivery was smooth, and they set up and took all garbage. I would return and shop again.

I just furnished my entire house, and I was lucky to have Couch9 as my partner. Anil and his wife were an absolute delight to deal with, and provided us with best advice, quality, and support. It was beyond your normal customer service. The quality of furniture in the shop is very good, and modern! I highly recommend Couch9 to everyone, and their collection.

My experience at Couch 9 has been amazing. I have purchased quite a few items from the store (couch, cabinets, dining set, night tables etc.), and the quality of each product is unparalleled. The staff is exceptionally nice and is never in your face but always there to help if you have any questions. Ambika and Rishabh were extremely helpful and ensured our needs are met for our new home and left me feeling that I made a great purchase. Staff overall is knowledgeable and will do everything they can to get you the right furniture. Each furniture item looks extremely elegant and unique. There are some unique pieces in the store that I could not find in any other stores in Calgary, some very indie, colourful and vintage, which could decorate your home really well. We have received many compliments on our furniture items, especially the blue couch, the first furniture item I bought for my new home. The dining set is also unique and has great quality wood. Overall, great experience, with beautiful and good quality furniture, and great customer service.
