I was contacted through LinkedIn by a member of the team and told after several phone calls that an interview would be setup and then never heard back. Due to the high volume of applicants it’s understandable if this happens.Then I was contacted multiple times during work hours without any scheduling almost a month later, and asked the same questions I was already asked on previous phone call and told again that there would be multiple interviews that would be setup for which I did not even agree to a time of.I suggest High Tech Genesis give more attention to the process of reaching out to applicants as this was one of the worst ones I have experienced from any of my previous experiences.
