Punctual, very nice and leave your carpet looking and smelling amazing. Definitely would recommend for great service.

Friendly, fast and cheap. However, they did not get my carpets clean. Demetrius told me he tried several chemicals to get the black stains out of the edges of my carpet which is what I hired him to do, but he and Sean were unsuccessful. When they left, I tried it myself by scrubbing it with Simple Green. It came right out. Then I rinsed with water and sucked it out with my spot bot. The water was black. Ultimately, I really don’t feel this company did anything to improve the appearance or cleanliness of my carpets and realized after the fact that it was completely possible to do so.

As a customer at Emagine Theaters in Royal Oak, this company's work left the carpet looking brand new throughout the entire theater.
