Sherry and her staff are absolutely amazing people. Especially sherry herself and Jen. Sherry was very helpful in finding a place that suited everything we needed. She's more than patient and just an absolutely amazing person through and through. Jen is also amazing and always there to help when you have questions, concerns, or even just to help you find a place. I've been renting from Sherry for about 2 years now and honestly I'll never rent from anyone else ever again. If you want an amazing landlord Sherry is definitely your go too.

Sherry-Lynn is literally the kindest and most understanding landlord I’ve ever had! I’ve never had any issues as long as I’ve communicated with her, and I’ve been with her for almost two years now ! I wouldn’t dream of renting from anyone else.

Owner Sherry Lynn is absolutely AMAZING. The best landlord I have ever had. I would 1000% recommend. When I first moved to the city I was leaving an abusive relationship and had no where to go, no one to turn to. No family/friends or support in the city. My belongings were on a uhaul and I did not know what to do. I still don’t know what I would have done if it wasn’t for Sherry Lynn and her staff. At the time they did not have any apartments available ready to move in. I was looking everywhere but was having no luck with my price range. But they went above and beyond in a major snow storm, from morning until late at night four of her maintenance men doing absolutely everything they could to get a place ready for me so I could have somewhere to go. Cleaning renovating working SO hard. I will forever be thankful and grateful for her and her staff and to be renting from such an amazing person. Years later they continue to be the absolute BEST. So understanding, and anytime I have had any problems she is so quick with resolution. I hope to continue renting from such an amazing company as long as I am renting. I honestly would not be where I am with such a beautiful home for my children if it wasn’t for her. I moved up from the smaller apartment to a very large beautiful home for my children and I owe it all to this company. So thank you so much to Sherry Lynn and all you do. Providing beautiful homes for so many people and being such a great person. Looking at your renters as real people and families. Caring so much about us all and not just looking at tenants as a number/address and a paycheck. But being someone who is always there for us.

Very bad service, they don't honor their signed lease agreement. Customer service is the worst. Because of them i was stuck in an AirBnb as they signed a lease but did not give the apartment. Please avoid them. They are not professional enough to do business.

Wow what a worst management . No snow removal from Parking lot even after a winter storm . No apartment maintenance even after giving a written complaint.Non-Professional Management!!

Worst management ever !! Please don’t even bother to get any rental place from them . No snow removal , no maintenance even after waiting a month. As long as you pay your rent, Sherry Lynn and her team will help you in any way possible. This summer I had my A/C stop working and after reaching out to Sherry Lynn she had someone over to fix it asap.I’d also like to mention that Sherry Lynn and her team did ALL of the work, when it came to finding me my literal DREAM home. I hate moving and I didn’t want to move without finding my dream house and she literally took care of everything for me. I’ve even worked with her to find homes for a few friends and they’re all happy as well.Any negative reviews are likely from people that don’t pay their rent and then use repairs as an excuse as for not paying their rent.

I lost my home due to a fire, and I went and seen Sherry Lynn and had a home the next day. She's very easy to work with, very loving very caring, I would have been absolutely lost without her. When it came to moving out I cleaned up the place and got my damage deposit back two days later. She went above and beyond My whole tenancy!
