Easily the most honest, quick and professional lube place I’ve been to. They have never tried to oversell me. In fact, I was 3000 KM over due for an oil change today, the tech took a look and said the oil is still very clean and told me to come back in 1-2k more kilometres. He topped it up a little for free and did a minor repair to my bumper. I’ll be a customer here for life as long as I live in Edmonton.

Definitely the best oil change I’ve ever received. Jordan and the other guys were extremely friendly and made the entire service experience a breeze. Happy this is my neighbourhood oil shop, I’ll definitely be returning to this location. 10/10 experience!!

Josh was very great when I got my oil change done. He was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing; I was in and out of there in no time. He let me know where I was at with my air filters and transmission fluid, but didn't push me to pay for things I didn't need. I've been getting my oil changed here for a couple years now and I'm always quite happy with the place. I would certainly recommend this Jiffy Lube to others. Thanks Josh!

Came in for an oil change, left happier and literally half my car problems gone. Josh and Nick were so helpful and polite and my oil change was done literally in a jiffy. He explained what I needed to do and patiently answered all my questions. They even kindly repaired my rear view mirror that fell off, and kept me company with excellent humour. Service was amazing, fast, and well done. 10/10 will be coming back here again.

Amazing service team here. I had my oil pressure unit fail last Sunday and they identified the problem right away. They were unable to fix it, but told me in detail what to do to ensure I got home safely. They even sent me on my way with some oil in the engine, waived.Thank you for making an awful situation less stressful. I’ll be back!
