Super awesome staff here! The store floor is always brightly lit, clean and tidy. Service from the parts desk, both on the phone and in person, has been a really positive experience. I appreciate that the staff have been patient and professional with me on days that I have many questions, while still providing excellent and efficient service.

Called 7 parts departments, Lordco is the only one that bothered to take the time to help me. They know more than just parts and they do care about you. I couldn't get what I was looking for anywhere, here was no exception. But they still took the time to help me find a direction knowing that they weren't selling me anything. Give them a look, I've heard they can be competitive with rockauto

Good staff. Horrible customer service, sold me a defective item and when I tried to swap it out the first time they told me, all we need is proof of purchase, second time I waited for over an hour just to be told that they can’t do anything without a specific staff member they told me to come back tomorrow, the staff member was there but head office is closed until Monday so I will have to drive 20 minutes back here for a 4th time. Absolutely ridiculous.

I source parts for more than just myself. Sometimes I have some very hard to find parts with very little information. Especially when it comes to the agricultural parts. Kulwinder Kudan Doesn't just represent your store wonderfully, the whole industry could benefit from amazing gentlemen like him. There was another gentleman that suggested the name of the actual machine we were looking for parts for, (and nailed it). I didn't catch his name but he was also informative and friendly just like every employee I have encountered at not just this store but the Valemount BC one as well.

Great experience shopping here. Huge selection, clean isles, competitive prices, amazing staff. I hardly go to Canadian Tire anymore. Looking forward to their upcoming online inventory catalogue for their website which is in process, according to staff.
