I rent a Hamilton office at Regus since June 2023. I adapted to the appealing surroundings of my new space. I am a very pleased tenant.Randy and Victoria are competent and solicitous administrators of the entire area. They do their best to accommodate my needs. Lately, I found myself in a dire situation late at night on a Friday. I lost my keys. It meant I couldn't enter the building to see my clients next day Saturday. I contacted Randy requesting his assistance. Randy in a polite and reassuring manner immediately provided a suggestion to bring me a set of keys at 7:00 am to solve my problem. I am deeply thankful.Also I would like to include:The facilities are bright, clean, and orderly with a welcoming decorum. My clients like it!

It's fine

This is not a company has a headquarter in Canada. The local branches are only responsible for signing document with and then they 'll direct you to ask their headquarter in the US because essentially they know nothing. You'll probably find it's hard to make complaint or even communicate with the headquarter because they are not in Canada.At first, you'll probably be amazed by the reception and services.However, when you want to quit. Strange things happen:- They'll track you down and give you calls a few months after you leave claiming you owe them couple hundreds dollars and they'll threat you to put you on the collection list.- When you ask for a refund of deposit, they become an US based company and never know how to fill the bank information.- When they notice there's something wrong with your bank account and the refund cannot be processed, they won't notify you. They'll pretend they didn't know.

The space is very clean, very modern, and very professional. Working here will add a level of sophistication to your business that cannot be found elsewhere. The clerk/receptionist/floor manager Randy is fantastic. Always smiling and an adept conversationalist he sets the tone for the whole floor. This place wouldn't be the same without him.

I've had my office with REGUS Hamilton for two years and I'm very happy here. The centre is professional and warm with lots of natural light, and Randy and Victoria are truly wonderful.

This location has great noise level control. It can get pretty busy like your normal work environment, it keeps that feeling like a office in your home.

Randy the centre manager is great and creates an amazing atmosphere. Randy really knows how to create an amazing community with all the clients. Extremely clean, uplifting environment with great energy.Highly recommend the office space

The place to be for coworker space, should one be long for such a service.The team members are professional, courteous and would not hesitate to go the extra miles where and when need be.The premise offers contemporary comfortqblly corporate environment enabling working joyfully,located at the heart of the financial district of Hamton, ON.
