Bikram Yoga West Edmonton

Nice, clean and bright studio. Most teachers are really great. Wide variety of instructors and teaching styles. Despite their claims, they don't really cater to the novice or less able students, however, as classes can be, unnecessarily, quite gruelling, super-fast paced and without time to catch one's breath. As a result, many students don't stick with it. A shame.

The owner and instructors are so friendly and welcoming. Really enjoy the Bikram and Yin Yoga classes. I always leave smiling and feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and happy. Sometimes the yoga passes go on sale - added bonus!

Bikram Yoga West Edmonton is the best studio I have ever practiced at. I have had nothing but positive experiences. The teachers are some of the best. They always go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for class, that you are comfortable, and they emphasize the importance of safety whilst practicing.I have never felt so welcomed and accepted in a studio before. Thank you Bikram Yoga West Edmonton team, you set the standard for the teaching and practice of Bikram.

I've been to 6 different studio's in Edmonton and this one is my favorite. It has a nice atmosphere and great teacher's. The owner (Sophie) really cares about the experience her guests have which makes a big difference. Some people do a job just for a living. This place has people who provide a service because they want to share the benefits of it and it shows. I highly recommend you try this place out.

I’ve been doing Bikram Yoga for 8 years and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience. Overheard the owner and another instructor talking badly about other instructors, I get we all have our conflicts but it was highly inappropriate as clients and yogis were within ear distance. It really killed my yoga vibe and although I hold a one year pass, it was enough to make me not want to return. Please in the future save these chats for when you’re alone and there are not clients around the corner, or in the dressing room. It was disheartening as the bikram world is small and hearing things said about instructors I hold dear to my heart made my heartbreak.

This is a wonderful studio full knowledgeable staff and students. It is great for beginnings to come get their sweat on but also a lasting place where you can build a solid foundation into your golden years. Yoga is for all ages.

I LOVE this studio!! The teachers, staff, fellow students. To me its like a family. Very supportive. Beautiful studio. The only Bikram Studio in Edmonton now; I love the practice and cannot imagine going anywhere else!!

Under new ownership and more vibrant and positive than ever! :) This studio is clean, bright, super friendly and supportive, and is truly for everyone. I love the diversity of students in the classes and how different styles of yoga are offered in this loving space. Wonderful community! :)

Experienced instructors, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Recent renovations have spruced the place up. Come here for a great hot yoga experience.

I have to say that this is the best studio in Edmonton thus far! The staff is very welcoming and inclusive of all people. Offering support and meeting you where you are at, and are open to provide tips and tricks on how to improve your practice. I am so grateful to incorporate Bikram back into my life due to the staff at this studio. Oh, I cannot forget to mention that the members are super friendly too! A definite 10/10!
