If you love being absolutely ignored by the cashiers…shop here. Was there with my daughter to purchase a few items recently and the cashier was too busy having a conversation with another employee. We were literally standing in the line for almost 5 minutes and they didn’t even acknowledge our presence. It was infuriating. It wasn’t until another employee came up to the cash that the the other employee then asked her to ring us up. So unprofessional and rude. If you don’t want to work, maybe don’t get a job.

This store is the bomb. I always love Ardene because they have so many choice and are well priced. This Location however stands out for its customer service the employees are polite and so eager to answer any of your questions. They make your shopping experience so amazing and if I could rate it higher I would. You have to go to experience it. I don’t think I have met such helpful staff elsewhere.

I shopped there for many years when I was younger and then was able to have the privilege of working there for 3 1/2 years! All the girls I worked with over the years were all so great to get to know! It was such a great work environment I always looked forward to going to work!

Such a bad and horrible service. Be careful if you visit to this store. The person on the counter Never mentioned when buying the product that it's a final sale and also in receipt shows final sale is on 70% off products and the item I bought was not on sale at allThe representative not even accommodating and helpfulToo rude and arrogant

Wasn't shopping for myself, but totally found an XL thatll fit...

I don't expect much from this location but it's really lacking in my opinion Ik that Ardenes goal is to have what's in the store match online. That being said when I asked for an item that I found online and she said they didn't have any so I then proceeded to ask if they have anything with that print and she said firstly not everything that's online in gonna be in the store and the only thing ik of is the phone cases with that print, I then I mentioned that they should have the same stuff as online and she cut me off to say well we don't get alot of the stuff from online witch ik isn't completely true to I left empty handed since she was no help and rude about the whole situation.

I went today with my daughter and the cashiers were so busy talking about a boy that they couldn't be bothered to serve us. It was a horrible experience. While I was being cashed out the girl who was ringing our items continued to have a convseration with the other girl. It was so rude. She didnt even address us until she told us our total. The items we purchased are so cheaply made, they broke as soon as we opened them. Do not purchase pens or journals. They will fall apart. Even for the price you pay its not worth it.
