I do not have experience in actually buying a vehicle from here but that is for good reason. I went to this dealership to look at a ram they had for sale. They just so happened to also have an escape there, which is a specific vehicle I had been scammed on myself. Knowing what to look for, I look under and just like that. The subframe is rotted right out of it, so I went to take another look at the ram. To find the rockers and frame and suspension parts are covered in tar to hide rust. I would be very cautious buying a vehicle here.

In the process of purchasing a vehicle. Called quite a few places, felt brushed off and rushed. As someone who's sold cars in the past I know it can be a very demanding/high pressure job. Spoke with Gary, who was very reassuring. Was able to get a vehicle and keep payments where we needed them. Can't wait to pickup the car. Will definitely be coming back in future and recommending you to anyone I know in need of a vehicle.

I was told about Bakerd Auto not knowing if it was going to be any different from other used car lots....not only did I find great deals all around...but besides the great warranty I was offered they went above and beyond what any other place has or would do when it came time and down to them helping and keeping there word.I highly recommend Bakers Auto cause your not going to find more real and honest people them Dave and his wife.

Horrible horrible experience. Sold me a vehicle that was supposed to be all wheel drive, had a ton of issues and never should have passed the safety. Found out in the first snowstorm that it’s only two wheel drive. Took six months to find me what I paid for as a replacement and then wanted to charge me substantially more money. Refused to provide a loaner vehicle for the day so they could work on the vehicle and won’t budge! Been fighting with them since day 1 last September and Still arguing with them. Don’t ever trust them to buy a vehicle from!

I bought a car from Dave at baker auto and 4 years later she still drives like a gem. I was honestly really nervous at first I got the car home and noticed a few little things but Dave explained to me what they were and why and everything worked out to be amazing. My car still runs beautifully. I highly recommend bakers auto! They helped me get into a new car better then I expected and provided kindest customer service!

Fast forward to 2020, our experience was awesome at this place. We purchased a 2017 ride in good condition. They explained everything patiently. They declared all the work done on the vehicle in writing. Took care of all the small details, took care of all the paperwork and got our plates installed and ready on the delivery date. We even got 90 day warranty bonus including 30 day dealer warranty which was unexpected. The brakework was done and all the minor issues were fixed on the vehicle. Garry and Dave are doing an awesome job. Very experienced. At the end of the day, since they deal with used cars, there could be some misses. I guess they will take care of you if this happens. A must visit place incase you are looking for used cars at very reasonable prices.

Avoid this place, bought a Blazer that fell apart in 3 months, Dave traded me up to a Highlander, of cou6it costore, was sold completely unsafe, when I told him there was no park brake at all. (Parts were missing) he asked do you really need it, I responded withdid you really ask me that". Finding out as time goes by it was worse than I thought

Dave is a great guy he helped me and my friend out today. If i ever buy a used car in the aurora region i will be contact these guys first. Thank you from frank and john.

Purchased a 2014 Ford Fiesta ST a few days back. It had been sitting for a little while as most people don't want a manual transmission. I was able to get a killer deal on this car. The car came with a valid safety certificate and new brakes, tires, brake lines and a separate set of winter wheels which is great. Garry met with me on short notice to check the car out. I only spoke with Dave on the phone however he talks to you very calmly and really gives off the vibe that he wants everything to be right safety wise with the car before you pick it up and will do whatever it takes to make you satisfied.
