Fantastic at making you feel unwelcome and unwanted. Brought in a suit to get altered, without really looking at it and based on their alleged backlog, I got told it would be over $350 to alter, got laughed at, and got told to go to another location. I did just that, they took it in, will be ready in 3 days and was $80.It’s one thing to be terrible at your job, but it’s another to be training the entire store to be terrible as well. You guys may seem like you know what you are talking about but clearly have no experience and no customer service what so ever.

It was a good experience there the staff was so nice the us, especially Nadia and the prices and offers was great.

Terrible customer service and the sales accociates are not trained. I got socks and they hadnt mentioned anywhere that they were final sale and when i tried to return they refused and were ignorant,

Mr.Ali, the store manager acts very smart but zero customer service, i seriously never faced such a hypocrite person ever, wonder how he is handling this job. When i purchased a coat and pant for $315.28, there wasn't right size of pant and the salesman Chabild told me pant would be hemming without extra cost and promised me would be ready in next 2 weeks. Later on, I received my pant after 2 weeks, i didn't check it carefully anything i simply trusted them but I found out hemming wasn't done. Party were just came up and I did not have time to go back to store, I had no choice and had to wear for party. Then, just last week went back to store after long time, and spoke to one lady , explained what happened but she said politely would be fix without any extra charge, but asked me to get it done dry cleaners, which I did it and went back to store today and delt with Mr.Ali(store manager)but rudely refused to do hemming without any extra cost, he was kida forcing, he even told me what's the big deal paying extra $17.50, that was so embarrassing in front of customers, then I left the store.

Suits here are amazing. Anyone here putting 1 star is one of those “I didn’t get my way so let me complain on google” types. Manager was great and now I have a great suit for my wedding. Thanks Ali!

Was in the store for over 20 minutes no help disappointed at this location. Guess ill take my money somewhere else.
