We picked out 2 power recliners & a power reclining sofa on a Saturday. Called back on Monday to put a deposit on them as we weren’t able to go pick them up until Monday. Talked to Joel at the Dartmouth location and told him I wanted the extended warranty. He told me I could pay for that along with the balance owing when I picked up the furniture. My husband went to pick up the furniture. He told the sales associate he dealt with that he wanted the extended warranty, they assured him yes, no problem that he would get it. He payed for the furniture and came home with it. First chair we opened had no plug with it. I looked at the receipt for the phone number. That’s when I realized the charge for the warranty wasn’t on the receipt. I called the next day to tell them about the power cord and the warranty. They said we would be mailed out the power cord, which we never got yet and it’s been over 2 weeks. And they said they knew we wanted the warranty but it wasn’t added on. After a few more phone calls the store manager, Tim contacted me 2 1/2 weeks after purchasing the furniture to tell me the warranty had to be purchased at the time of purchase, before it leaves the store!! We tried to do this!! We now have over $4000 worth of furniture with a one year manufacturer warranty! I will never purchase another thing from any of their stores! Terrible experience and customer service.

We are extremely happy with the purchase our new sofa. Joel helped us get a great deal. He was patient and not at all pushy. Exactly what we needed to make the right decision.

My experience here was awesome right from the time I walked in the door. The sales associate Carolyn made direct eye contact with me and smiled letting me know she sees me. Then she came directly over asking if she can help me find anything and I advised what I was looking for and she took me over directly to the merchandise. Her customer service skills were amazing and I was so grateful that I got to interact with such a great human. Also the associate at the payment desk who took my payment she was wonderful too. I thanked them both for their amazing service and shared how important great customer service is to me. So thank you Worldwide furniture for having such great staff as Carolyn because she will make a person want to buy something simply because she is awesome.

After a lot of searching, we finally found a place with the couch we wanted actually in stock. Customer service was utterly fantastic. I'll recommend all of my friends and family get their furniture from here. Prices were fairly reasonable.

Went shopping with mom to buy furniture. She was very happy with her purchases, a table, chairs, and a occasional chair. No pressure from the staff, courteous and pleasant. Prices were good.

Our experience with our Sales Consultant, Joel Callaghan, was great. We visited twice and both times he gave us his full attention. We spent quite a bit of time with him, going back and forth between our choices, and he was quit knowledgeable and well informed of the products we viewed.We also find your pricing to be quite reasonable in today's market.Nice place to shop!

Excellent service! We bought a floor model leather couch on sale, beautiful quality! The day we picked up the couch, we were met by 2 capable employees who had prepared the couch with plastic shrink wrap for its journey to our home. The employees loaded the couch into our pickup and offered to help tie it down.An excellent experience with hints of customer service from the old days. Thanks

Staff weren't pushy. They listened to my wants and made some suggestions. I found exactly what I was looking for and, after an explanation, the sales agent had me try all the features. Completely satisfied.

We had a great experience with worldwide. Joel got us exactly what we wanted for furniture without being pushy. There was an issue when the couch arrived, a problem that would be small to a lot of people but was big to me and they worked with me to get the couch swapped out.
