Received 6 pc wicker rattan outdoor recliner set. Bought this unit because of the recliners. Comes in four boxes which we received in different stages over 5 days, which was not a problem considering the present circumstances.Shows well in pictures. Packaging was good.Although there were some initial issues with the assembly the supplier was quick to respond to find a solution.I would recommend this company for their speedy response and desire to satisfy their customers.

We were moving to a new house and bought outdoor furniture. We never opened the boxes until a few months later and some of the pieces were missing. We were passed our manufacture warranty date, and the item was no longer manufactured, we could not get replacement pieces. Betel could have left it there, but they went beyond and negotiated at partial refund. Best customer service. This is what will make us return customers.

Actively shopping for a 20x40 tent, and I happened on this store. The reviews are epic, and I generally feel pretty good about buying here, buying this week. I do however have a concern with Betel, you cannot speak with them on the phone at all? Others said they left a voice message, that is no longer an option. If you phone them you get a 2 minute marketing message, and then it ends the call. Makes me a little nervous. Am I calling the wrong number? Very helpful response.... looking forward to ordering.

Think twice before you buy products from this company. Return policy its a slap on your chick.20% restocking fee and you have to pay back the shipping to you and the shipping to them. And the product its cheap.

Purchased the 20x40 Large Steel Tarpaulin Canopy from Betel about a month ago. Decent quality for a medium duty tarpaulin canopy tent. Quite reasonable given that it costs about 80% of a weekend rental of a heavy duty tent. I've used tarpaulin canopies before so I sprayed Coghlan's Seam Sealer along the entire length of the seam. No leaks. May not be for everyone, but worked perfectly well for our weekend family reunion. Shipped from Ontario and it arrived much faster than expected. Five stars.

My recommendation to anyone who is thinking of buying anything from Betel.ca is not to wait. It happened to me not once but twice that I was thinking of getting a patio set and then an office table, but they were both sold out within a few hours/days. Also the convenience of online shopping at very reasonable prices and having shipping and handling included is a plus. I don’t know how they do it at those prices!! You can also find reviews on their products on YouTube by actual users, if you ever have any doubts. Be sure to check back because they always add new products!
