This store has a vast collection of umbrellas, Japanese umbrellas, parasols, kids umbrellas, and canes. I was the only one in the store and I walked around for a few minutes and my presence was not acknowledged. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

I had an amazing experience finding this unique and exquisite shop. It is located in the very narrow fan tan alley. Veronica was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I bought an orange umbrella as it my favorate color. Amazing service.

My goodness, what great customer service. I’m getting married in September and wanted 5 white umbrellas just incase it rains during our outdoor ceremony and pictures. Veronic was just amazing to deal with. She sourced the style I needed at a price that was reasonable and just made the process so enjoyable. I think we sometimes forget why buying local matters and the customer service there was that reminder. (Ps. The price was comparable to amazong and Etsy)

Bought two umbrellas here. I never knew umbrella shopping could be so much fun! Honestly among the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. The person in the store helping us was so pleasant letting us open umbrellas and even taught me how to properly wrap them up (something new for me)! The lady helping us was so warm and welcoming and I’m now looking forward to it raining soon!

You must visit this store. We were here once last year and decided if we even come back, we're coming here to buy sophisticated umbrellas. One year later we live here and this was our first stop. Amazing selection and an umbrella expert that I didn't know existed.

Unique store with a carefully chosen portfolio of umbrellas just in the heart of Fan Tan Alley. You can see and feel that Lyra and Veronica just love what they do. One of the best customer experiences I ever had.
