Boston eco Dry Cleaners

Extremely disappointed. I took two blazers and a pair of pinstripe pants, which had some coffee stains on them. I explicitly pointed out the stains to the lady when dropping off the pants. Picked them up a few days later and the stains were still there, untouched. Absolutely no difference before and after. I'm not sure if these people are actually focused on customer satisfaction.I know I wont be coming back here again, that's for sure.

I started going there this year and today I got the shock of my life. My good quality white shirt had 2 big holes. The lady in charge started saying I was 'rubbing' the elbows of the shirt. My goodness!!! these were holes!!!!!!!!! and she denied doing anything to it. Something I delivered to her in good condition.Dont ever make them your permanent cleaners

Going for the past two years and I like that theyre eco friendly and dont use harsh chemicals. Even wine stains from my husbands white shirt was removed. They dry cleaned a leather trimmed jacket with no issues whereas the other dry cleaner said the leather will be damaged after

I took my brand new silk dress, worth $400 to them for dry cleaning. She thoroughly examined the dress and said they do this routinely and not to worry.However at pickup time, fabric is torn / shred in multiple places and also has holes. !!!!!No explanation No apology instead alluded to fabric flaw. Unbelievable. No compensation No attempt to find a solution for repair … NOTHING!! I had to not only walk away loosing $400 worth of dress but also it was one of a kind custom dress. Can’t go and buy again. Would never ever recommend or use them. Mostly because of poor attitude

Very helpful people, excellent alterations at very reasonable prices, no chemicals used in the cleaning, and I haven't had any problems with damaged clothing. Highly recommended. They give you a frequent dry cleaning card to redeem after so many uses.

The cleaning service provided here is thorough with reasonable rates coupled with friendly service.

Dealt with the incredibly nice lady at the front, and explained how I got industrial paint on my new suit pant from walking downtown. Took to a couple dry cleaners before and they all said the pants are gone."It was a miracle when I got my pants back .. the stain was virtually removed and it looked incredible! Saved my entire suit! The cleaning is done on-site and the service is excellent; will definitely be going here for ANYTHING in the future."

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. IT'S COMPLETE RIP OFF and NO PROFESSIONAL MINDS AND SKILLS WHATSOEVER. The old lady ruined 5 pairs of designer jeans. The quality of alteration is ridiculous and she even denied ruining them. What she said was she doesn't care about how it looks as long as it's cut!!!! Dry cleaning cushion covers was horrible and the stain was intact as I took. For one pair of my designer jeans, she stitched zigzag on all ripped portion and patched a big fabric behind it. This is the work I didn't even ask her and then she denied. All those pants were the ones I took to this store a day after I bought them at Diesel. The quality of the work is so awful that even the stitches are not straight. It was a huge mistake that I trusted her words that she has been hemming a lot of good jeans and knows what she is doing. All of the owner's words are SIMPLE LIES. She even threw away the original hems!!! All the colors of threads and widths of stitches she did are completely garbage.
