They were recommended to us on our new business startup to use and have had nothing but regrets about it since our first interaction. I was warned by other companies to stay clear of them but didn't listen to them. The multiple problems we have had are far to long to go into here but would be happy to cover them with anyone wanting more information.For a perfect example that illustrates their quality and customer service was we had a label done with a raised emboss" on it. We paid $1000 for 2 sets of these dies for them to use (two different sizes). One of them turned out perfectly and very happy with it
