Fearless Wellness Centre
I registered for a class at Fearless that included Reflexology, Restorative Yoga, and Reiki. I was a little unsure of what to expect, as I had never done any of those before. Anna and her team quickly put me at ease and I had an amazing session! I am now hooked and go for regular Reflexology appointments. Thanks, Fearless, for introducing me to a whole new area of self-care! 5 out of 5, would definitely recommend.

We turned to Fearless Wellness Centre for support with welcoming our first child! Our doula, Anna, was an important part of our journey. We are so grateful for the care we received from Anna, as it really helped us to be satisfied with our birthing experience. Anna was very knowledgeable, non-judgemental, kind and easy to work with. We absolutely recommend Fearless Wellness Centre for birthing people and their partners/family/supporters.

I am so fortunate to have been referred to Fearless Wellness Centre for my postpartum doula support. With my husband away for work, I knew I would need additional support during my postpartum period. The support I received from both Tamara and Liz greatly enhanced my postpartum experience and provided me with a sense of reassurance and comfort. I truly felt cared for and supported, which assisted me in my overall birth recovery and maintaining a positive state of mental health. I would 100% recommend Fearless Wellness Center for anyone wishing to enhance their postpartum experience.

Anna played a huge role in my prenatal and postpartum journey. She was my hypnobirthing coach, doula, Reiki therapist, and interwoven into all of those roles, a counselor, advocate, support person, reflexologist and friend. She is so kind and calm and has so many tools in her perinatal tool box! I would 100% recommend Anna! I can't imagine my birth having gone as smoothly" had she not been there."

From the first day I met Anna I could tell she was a kind, caring and compassionate soul. I hired her for my recent delivery as a surrogate mother and I would do it again in a heartbeat!Nothing about the end of my pregnancy went smoothly. Anna was there every step of the way to offer support and remind me I was strong enough to get through every hurdle. She even offered a welcomed distraction of playing cards during the hours waiting around at the hospital for my induction to begin! If anyone is looking for an amazing doula- contact Anna at Fearless Wellness Centre !!J

My partner Mike and I completed the Hypnobirthing course with Anna! We found the experience so essential to bringing our little boy into the world fearlessly! The 5 week course was very informative and comprehensive and provided us with the knowledge needed to have a beautiful birthing experience! Anna is so passionate about her work and it shines through in her teachings. We are so grateful to be apart oh the fearless family!

Fearless Wellness Centre
Anna was our doula and supported us during my pregnancy and delivery. She was professional, punctual and kind. It was comforting to have someone there, in such a novel situation, who was so knowledgeable and supportive - a reliable person who is on your side. She is easy to talk to, non-judgmental and does not push any particular agenda. I was much more prepared for the early days of having a newborn than I would have been without her, including confidence/success with breastfeeding. I am grateful that Anna helped my husband and I feel a little less lost.

Fearless Wellness Centre, and Anna specifically, provides a welcoming, calm, and safe space for people of all ages. The reiki and meditation offerings are accessible to children and adults and provide a healing and transformative experience. I would highly recommend the Centre.
