Crystal and Mark delivered treasured photographs and videography for one my family’s most sad moments. This is a long, long overdue review but one we hope will convey the professionalism and kindness we enjoyed. Due to our grief we were not able to obsess over the fine details and thankfully we didn’t have to. I would recommend Crystal & Mark for any projects and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I've worked with Crystal a few times - boudoir and maternity and newborn photoshoots - and have loved my experiences. She is patient, professional, encouraging, and talented! While I know she has moved into corporate photography, you can be assured she'll do everything in her power to see you are satisfied!

Crystal is a hardworking, caring, professional, and immensely talented photographer! The architectural photos she’s been focusing on the last several years is unmatched and any business/developer is lucky to have her keen eye capturing their work.To leave a poor review because decades old photos were not retrievable is abhorrent. Most professional photographers do not keep backups (especially if they aren’t used in their folio) for more than a year, if you’re lucky. I couldn’t imagine going back 7 years later and defaming my wedding photographer because she “lost” my photos as it were my responsibility to retain them in the first place. To do it to a friend after more than decade is a new low.Crystal, your grace and willingness to try to rectify is beyond! Keep up your amazing work and let it all speak for itself. Congratulations on all your success cause you deserve it!

I’ve followed Crystal Puim Photography for years and my appreciation for her photography has grown. A few years ago I was part of a photo shoot Crystal was shooting for the University of Alberta - Sports and Recreation; witnessing first hand how she managed her craftsmanship, client requirements and handling reticent people (like me) with the upmost professionalism, respect and passion was a true pleasure. Crystal was our wedding photographer and was amazing and professional from the first consultation to providing the photos. The photos were not only beautiful, but exactly what we wanted. Crystal went above and beyond to edit a specific photo of my grandmother from our wedding to include in a special generation photo we created during our family shoot with her when my child was born.

Crystal specializes in commercial photography, but recently offered to do photos for my daughter's Grad. Not only did I receive my photos much sooner than expected, but I was impressed with how the photos perfectly captured the mood and the moments.
