I contacted Absolute Mould Remediation after having another company come in and assess some mould that was found in my shower. From the moment I spoke with Vince, he was upfront and straight to the point. Vince arrived to my house within a couple of hours. The previous company had told me that there were very high amounts of moisture behind my large, custom tiled shower and that it needed to all be ripped out. That didn’t sit well with me as this was a recent and very expensive renovation. Vince did his inspection and told me that there was not much moisture behind the tile, and that he was quite sure that this was a surface issue. He also made a great suggestion to open up one of the shower walls via the drywall from an adjoining room instead of tearing out thousands of dollars of tile. So, I took the chance he suggested and booked to have Danielle come in to remove the surface mould, re-caulk the shower and chemically clean the room. Danielle and another member of their team arrived on time and ready to work. She took the time to answer my questions and share her knowledge. Later that afternoon, I returned to my home to see about the walls that I had been told were full of moisture… as Vince had suspected… there was no mold… it was dry, built on cement board and the liners at the bottom of the shower were also intact and installed properly. They did a very nice job on the clean up and tiles... it looks brand new!!! So, I’m giving them a 5-star review… because they saved me thousands in loss and reconstruction. Both Vince and Danielle followed up with me to talk about what to look for in the future and how to best avoid the mould coming back. They answered all my questions and assured me that I can call anytime if I have more… Glad I trusted my instincts to choose AMR! If you are looking for quality and honesty… choose them! The work done by AMR exceeded my expectations. Finding water damage and then mould can be very stressful, but Vincent did a great job educating me to make a good decision on how I should proceed. Danielle was eager to share her knowledge during the removal, which put our minds at ease. Danielle and her crew worked hard ALL day - this is not a job for a homeowner...and it is worth the expense to have this done correctly.

Vince was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I came home from vacation to a basement flood. In a panic, I started googling and calling companies leaving voicemails at 530am. Vince answered! He was very sympathetic to my situation. By the time we hung up I felt relaxed and confident that everything would be taken care of. It is so rare to find this level of customer service and knowledge these days. 10 stars to this father/daughter family run business!

I highly recommend the services of AMR. I decided to replace my basement carpet and in the process noticed mold behind the drywall. The company was quick in doing the job and didn't remove anymore drywall than necessary. The walls are now mold free and look great. Danielle explained the process and along with her team of Angela and Joe, were very professional and easy to work with. So glad I went with this company for my mold removal

Just had a entire interior roof done that was full of moldTried removing it myself first but sometimes best to leave these things to the pros.Prices were fair they showed up on the date and time agreed upon.The AMR team did a very professional job. Wood looks like new again even though its over 20 years old.I would highly reccomend them and will definitly use again should I be unfortunate enough to encounter mold again.Dealing with Vince and his daughter Danielle was a pleasure too.Thanks AMR for the top notch job.

I called Vince after discovering mold on my sheathing and trusses in my attic.
