Not only does she come with a variety of relevant and helpful experience she goes the extra mile to make sure I am fully educated and understand the full condition of the property as it stands. Home inspections are always a little scary but with Sylvie, it wasn’t!! She made things understandable, easy for us to see all of our possible issues in our home and even shared some expertise in possible costs in certain areas! We were so thrilled to be able to hire her and have her do our home inspection!! What great service!! She even got us our inspection super quick!! It didn’t even take a week!!

This is the best home inspection that I've ever had. Her report is SO detailed with pictures pictures pictures!!! Reading the report is like walking through the house a second time, it's that detailed.She was so kind and took her time explaining everything I didn't know about, which was a lot. She was very patient and I didn't feel stupid asking her any questions.I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a home inspector. This is the person who I would tell my friends and family to hire, because she is the best.
