We had a great experience with Matt and would highly recommend his service. He was very professional and offered to walk us through the Backflow Check and to answer questions about our boiler. His fee is very reasonable and he clearly takes pride in his work. Matt is very organized and arrived for his appointment on time.

My hot water tank blew and I had water everywhere. Mathew was referred to me and I expected a several day wait without hot water, and MATTHEW returned my call within an hour and changed his schedule to accommodate me and I had everything done within the same day of that I placed the call. His services were also less then going through a major department store, which surprised me. It was effortless on my part and I ended up with an excellent job and high quality product and installation.

Matthew is fantastic, he accommodated an early morning so that our office did not need to close early/open late and he was on time/early!(this was fantastic as we had two other companies just no show on us last month). Very polite and courteous, he was very quick to respond as well. We had our backflow testing done and he was very efficient, I would definitely recommend this company!

Matthew with H2O Backflow came in and did the inspection on our irrigation backflow device and submitted the report to the city. His availability was very good and he showed up when he said he would and was fast and efficient performing the testing. This was the second year we used his services, the best price in the city and excellent service.

He was prompt at replying, scheduled us for a convenient time, arrived at time and also explained all the steps as he tested the system.
