Was returning items and they were incredibly rude. Accused some items of not being part of the entire order. I said I don’t see how thats possible because it all came in the same bag in the mail. They didn’t say they’d look into it or that its weird that it isn’t showing up in their system but just that its not part of my order. Period. Then as I was standing there, they looked to each other and to me and were speaking in another language. Thank while I’m standing right their. At first I thought they were talking to me but no, just about me. It was a male employee and a female manager. When I called old navy customer service on the phone they said their would be no problem and although they were eventually able to scan the items this a huge let down in the way they were speaking to me. So rude and for what?

Yesterday, I was there at old navy's store for shopping, Although all the people out there are super nice and helpful but at checkout there was really lovely Cashier name SHAYNA and That wasn't my first time that I dealt with her. Every time she has the same positive attitude and she is very helpful, That is simply amazing and I just wanna thank you(Shayna) for making my experience so wonderful. Because of people like you, customers love to shop.

Good staff but prices are similar to other old navy store. There is no benefit to visit outlet.

Employee named Kara was so helpful. I went there yesterday around closing time everyone was there in so much rush to close the store but Kara helped me a lot to find my size without any complaint about closing time. Thank you nice lady. About store, prices are not so good,similar to any other old navy store. Stars are only for Helpful employee Kara.

Wow talk about racially profiling people. The staff never and i mean NEVER come up to me asking if i am finding anything okay. Today in this location we had 3 staff come up concerned asking if we are finding okay or need anything. The third time i look at my good friend say Thats really weird" "They all seen each other asking us if we are good

Nice store. Tidy. Layout was typical.No extraordinary discounts (at least not on the Monday morning I visited).Did find a dress other locations no longer carried. That was the hilight of my visit.Friendly staff
