Came at 1pm on a Friday. Doors locked and lights off. No sign, nothing if you call. There were a few others looking to get in too.

Customer service is still outstanding after many years. The owner said he is trying to clean up and make it nicer, he's trying to get more snugpak products in. I'm looking forward to seeing it after. Nice variety of newer products.

Store says open. Website says open. All doors closed up tight.Website says in store shopping. But sign on door says “appointment only”Since when do people need an appointment to shop??? Really?NOT WORTH MY TIME

Definitely room for improvement as communication with the store was challenging at the best of times, they also repeatedly promised turn around times that didn't happen.Essentially once my boots arrived at the store it was a complete information and communication blackout until they arrived back at my house 2 months later than promised (not because of Canada Post).Overall, boots came back looking decent, but I'm hesitant to return for any shipped orders.

I can't have a consistent experience at this place. Sometimes, it's great. Other times, not so much.Today I decided to pop in and it was locked? Lights on, sign on, website says open...but it was locked up. This has happened before too, so idk what's up

Ordered leather luster through their online storeProduct arrived in just over 3 days to the east costThere was a small issue with a product leaking during shipping, sent the store an email and the same day the owner contacted me directly via phone call to follow up on what had happened and made it right.I believe this store stands behind their products and the owner will go out of his way to ensure you get the highest standard of customer service and product you deserve.* I am currently in the process of using the leather luster on my oxfords, I will update this portion of the review when im done!*

Zero stars isn’t an option. Ordered online for Christmas gift, said they didn’t have it but would “figure it out” before Christmas and “not to worry”. Messaged me days before Christmas saying I had to choose another product as they didn’t have what I wanted and they would express it to me. Christmas Eve they message me to say they didn’t send me anything so I asked for my money back and asked for them to notify me whenever the products are in stock, they said they would and they haven’t done so. They are now ignoring me.

Ordered leather luster service. Boots came with bubbles on them, and did not provide the extra leather luster in the box to correct this. Very poor communication as well, taking weeks to respond to emails.
