My husband ordered some flowers for our daughter for Valentine's Day and she got them a couple of hours ago. She took a pic of them for us to see. They are just gorgeous. You do great work and we will definitely order from you again.

Ordered the Wonderous nature best" arrangement. What was delivered was not what the photograph showed

Outstanding service and quality! I phoned this florist from my home in BC to send some flowers to my niece in Windsor who had just had a baby. The hospital switchboard recommended them and I am so glad they did. I spoke to Linda and she put together an amazing floral arrangement with teddy bear and sent me a photo of each for approval before sending out that same morning, on a busy Saturday no less! My niece was delighted and sent me these photos of her own. I cannot recommend them enough. Your loved ones will not be disappointed.

I am forever impressed by this flower shop & its staff. I’ve ordered from here a couple times, but a week ago for Valentine’s Day I had popped in quick to pick up some fresh cut flowers, I walked into the store to order and was advised they were actually closed and forgot to lock the door. I told them that wasn’t an issue and I can leave, but they still served me anyways by getting me a 1/2 dozen coloured roses, the quality of the roses were beautiful and their service to put the arrangement together was quick. Today I did put in a flower delivery order for a friend, and felt horrible due to the horrible weather we are receiving. They got the flowers to her within 2 hours of ordering and the arrangement was GORGEOUS, the quality of the flowers were amazing and the arrangement was beautiful. I ordered online and my card had been entered in wrong, a couple of hours after the delivery they called to advise there was a card issue, and I was able to fix it with them over the phone. Their service is phenomenal, they could have ignored my order completely, or had called later in the day to advise payment did not go through, but instead still delivered my flowers, WITHOUT being paid yet, in a quick manner. This place will forever be my favourite flower shop. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again

I have ordered from Bruce Philip florist for several special occasions since moving to Windsor five years ago and we have always been happy with the flowers and the service. A few days ago I sent a bouquet to my wife and she was not home at the requested delivery time. Rob went out of his way to come up with a solution and my wife was thrilled with her flowers. My new favourite florist. I showed the staff a couple of photos for ideas. Mentioned one type of flower I wanted left out. Done to perfection.The arrangement I picked up today exceeded my expectations. Beautiful combination, fresh blossoms, money well spent!

Ordered the Stunning Beauty Bouquet" on the phone early in the morning. I asked to be delivered at 5:30

They kept me updated on delivery of my order (and made multiple attempts to ensure delivery as soon as was convenient for the recipient) and were extremely pleasant to deal with over the phone. The arrangement itself was disappointing. While it did contain the same type of flowers advertised and it is understandable that substitutions must sometimes be made that can change the colour scheme, the shape and style of the arrangement were far from what had been pictured on the website. I'd recommend going in and speaking with them directly to make sure you're both on the same page and your expectations are realistic.

Rudest people ever. Just don't bother contacting them. I don't know how they are in business with this kind of attitude
