Repairman was dispatched to our house about 4 hrs after hot water tank was reported as leaking. The repairman (Nathaniel #112848) arrived at house and was one of the most courteous, respectful, hard working and efficient repair person that I have ever had into our house. The old tank was removed and new one installed in less than two hours, Nathaniel exhibited all the qualities of the ideal technician.

I called early in the morning to request an on-site repair for our water heater, and the Call Centre operator was helpful, professional, and was able to set an appointment for the same day between 10:00 and 2:00. At 10:15, the technician called to let me know he was on the way. The problem was a faulty gas valve, and from the initial inspection, troubleshooting, going to get a new valve at the warehouse, and installing and testing the valve, Kyle finished at 11:23. This was exemplary service, and I had hot water again an hour later. Total:100% satisfaction with this service,

Matt the technician was very professional. He did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and troubleshooting to find the solution. He was committed to provide the best service. The technician came to my house to replace my water heater. He was very professional and courteous. He was able to answer all my queries and he made sure everything was in working order before he left. He even had to replace a part on the brand new tank. I called Reliance and they were out the same day, within a couple hrs of my call. Our water heater kept turning off, leaving us with no hot water.I have NEVER had service like this from reliance. His name was Terry and he was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He even showed me where the turn off valves were in case of an emergency. I can’t say enough positive things about him!

Very good response and Joel #114022 was great. He walked me through what he was doing and all the options and helped resolve our sump pump issue.He went over and beyond to even clean up the sump pump pit that the builder didn’t. Making more room for the water.Hopefully we don’t need them again but if we do, we can rely on them.

Abdel came for repairs for a faucet after there was sediment caught in the lines of our kitchen sink. He troubleshot a few different options and found the problem. We were worried about having to buy a new faucet but he fixed it in a timely fashion. Great service all around and a great personality too.

He not only did an excellent job of maintenance but took time to explain to me what I should be doing in the spring and fall to get the maximum benefit from our furnace.
