Avoid at all costs. Was there last week around 4pm and waited for 15 minutes for my order to be prepared. Only one girl putting the orders together, slowly, while 6 or 7 others hung around doing nothing except interrupting and distracting the one girl who was actually working. I asked why only one person was working on orders and another girl said the others are cooking the food so I reminded her my burger was ready ten minutes ago and was sitting in the warming tray all this time. Another customer demanded his money back and all the staff seemed stunned that the customers were angry.

Love the poutines at Harvey's my favorites are the chicken bacon ranch pouine and the classic the staff at Harvey's are excellent hard workers and know what they are doing I would highly recommend stopping by and grabbing some food I love it that they are open til q2

I just went to this place for dinner and I must say this place is amazing with their food quality and I felt welcomed by employees. I would definitely recommend this location to everybody.

Friendly staff. I ordered a veggie burger with frings. Staff made it with a smile which was nice. Fresh food. Happy customer.

Typical Harvey's. Good stopping place before entering into Toronto East area, or before long haul East bound. Normal prices compared to 401 roadside rest areas.Love the onion rings instead of fries.

No longer serving Swiss chalet... this is the only reason I came here...Fries are raw...My server was attentive and professional...While I was waiting a young girl added toppings on top of others instead of cycling the toppings for freshness... I wonder how long the stuff in the bottom of that container has been there....?Strong lack of standards... keep going onto Oshawa or forget Harvey's until Belleville...

Easy accessible location off 401. This is a combined location for Harvey’s, New York fries. and Swiss chalet. The Menü is smaller than dining at each individual location but you get every taste filled. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was relatively clean. The food was warm and as expected. Great for a quick stop.
