This place is always super busy but they still find a way to seat you as soon as possible! Service here is always very detailed and great. Have been here a few times now and the food never disappoints! Big thank you to Dani for the amazing service :))

I came here on a long weekend expecting long wait times and poor service. However, to my surprise I only had to wait 10 minutes and received great service. My favourite from our brunch was the mexican skillet which had a good portion! The sour cream and egg was flowing out!! Unfortunately, the hot chocolate we got did not taste very good and was too sweet. It did however look very pretty.

The food is okay at best. The wait times are atrocious, 1.5 hours on the online wait list and then wait 45 mins outside, and then not get the tables we want because a bigger party was waiting for it too. And then another 45 minutes to get food.The one highlight of this experience was Gabrielle, she was a great server and provided us with service on time.

Pur and Simple is an exceptional breakfast that caters to everyone, including large families and group of families, couples, single individuals, and people from all walks of life. Despite the bustling location, my companions and I waited for 45 minutes, but it was definitely worth it! We ordered the Vegetarian Skillets and Norwegian Benedict, both of which were incredibly delicious.Customer service was good in general - there was a confusion at the start as no one took our order until much later.Overall, we highly recommend this place.

My first time going to this restaurant and I enjoyed it. Went for brunch with girlfriends and we will go back for sure. The food was tasty and the portion size is huge, value for your money. The location is super busy though so there will be a wait time. Luckily my friend called and was told 16 minutes wait but we could go on the wait list which made us get in when we got there. So make sure to go on the waitlist. Otherwise it was a great experience and staff was friendly.

I can’t wait to try this place as a dine in! I came by yesterday and took the avocado toast and green smoothie to go. They were really good. Making the food was quick and the servers were still really pleasant. I asked for no tomato’s so my toast looks rather plain but it still tasted good and was perfect enough for me!

The breakfast is DELICIOUS! The menu has a delightful selection of eggs, Benedict, pancakes, breakfast poutines, smoothies and drinks. I tried the breakfast poutine and I've never tasted a hollandaise sauce so light and creamy it was very refreshing. The poutine are heavy in the pototoe side (I asked for extra hollandaise) but the added egg and sausage mix was helpful. I also tried a breakfast plate of pancakes sausages and eggs it was very tasty. The dishes are affordable and their plates are generous when it comes to the pancakes!This is THE PERFECT breakfast stop! The staff are very nice. They are allergy conscious and very attentive. Thank you for a great breakfast. Will go again!

Enjoyed late brunch, Wednesday afternoon, party of five including two kids. We had a 30 minute wait (probably because of Eid) - the staff is (kid-)friendly, polite and helpful.Lots of breakfast options - Chicken is Halal but beef isn't. They have a few vegetarian options on the menu also. We ordered the Fried Chicken Benedict, Wow Sandwich (minus the bacon), Waffles and Reese Pancakes. Food was good and arrived quickly.I felt the Reese pancakes had a slight stronger ratio of Peanut butter than chocolate. The Waffles seemed to lack cheese and Raspberries. Benedict & sandwich however was good. Would be nice to have a few more chicken options!!

Was served by Camille and had the absolute best customer service. She was so kind and took the time to engage with my parents who I had brought in for the first time. The food was excellent which is what keeps us coming back !
