This lab is probably the best I've been to so far. Our tech was amazing. I went in with my nervous daughter, and he totally kept her calm and just knew what to do to get her through it quickly. She didn't even feel the needle. I forgot his name, but he was great.

Spent more than 40 minutes waiting in line due to the shortage of the staff. The existing staff is really slow and were doing everything except helping the patients…

Sometimes 5 mins sometimes an hour depending on when you drop in but I have always found their service exceptional. The staff is always on the move. Nuff said.

Appreciation post for the lady that did my blood work on Tuesday, was absolutely amazing, such a kind beautiful woman. Thank you so much. I only feel bad I don't remember her name.

I love this location! I've been here on a walk-in basis several times in the last couple of years and have never waited more than 30 to 40 minutes. The staff are all friendly, professional, and really great at what they do. No one likes having to get poked, but they make it quick and painless. I will go out of my way to go to this location in particular. Highly recommend!

Good location and new, but I waited 45 minutes even with booking an appointment. So keep that in mind if you are pressed for time on your lunch break like I was

Been here a few times for different tests. My experience has been the same as it has been with most lab testing places. The technicians have been largely friendly (excluding one time but it was nothing major) and things have been explained to me in a concise, clear manner. I've occasionally had to wait even if I have an appointment but that's been my experience with every medical lab. Pretty standard.I do admire the staff's patience, however. Every time I've visited, at least one client has been either rude or a downright jerk and the staff have handled it with professionalism. I have rated them more highly then I would have otherwise simply due to the fact that they have to put up with such unreasonable clientele.

My wife, Prima Nasekapow, went here today, 8 June 2023, for a cortisone shot, at 1020am, and the Doctor administered the freezing, not one minute before administering the cortisone shot, so there was no numbing sensation until, she left the office.My wife reports to me that, the nurses seemed very unprofessional, and possibly discriminatory, as they quickly rushed my love out the door, despite the fact that my dear was still in physical pain.

I have always found staff here to be downright friendly, but this week when I brought my 5 year old in for a dreaded blood test, they blew me away with how warm and kind they were to her. The man, who would take her blood, first explained the whole process to her and got her on his team. He even let her keep the little rubber arm band and gave her a generous sticker prize after she was so cooperative because of his gentle and patient approach. Thank you!!

Walk-ins available. Quite fast to get your tests done. Patient staff as well
