Hi Brian If you remember Me I purchased this Lexus Rx 5 years ago from you I wanted to share my thankfulness to you. Thanks everything you have done to the car include oil/transmission oil change, you gave me all new brakes and all new Michelin tire. you even sent me some scratch paint after I went home 2 weeks later. I wanted to shared with you over the last 5 years I follow you suggestion to do 9000km oil change, used best oil and best filters. The car has absolute zero issues over my ownership. I only change the brakes pads once both front and end. it is all your knowledge how to source every single good car like this. your enthusiasm in helping customers is greatly appreciated!

I would give 10 starts if I could.I have been in the market for a good used car for almost a year now. I came to Good Cars Only a few times to try and fit in the cars they had on the lot as I am quite tall and have some problems fitting in. Brian was extremely patient and understanding all the times I have met him in the past year.I finally found something I liked, fit in the car, test drove it and wanted to buy. Brian was very honest about the rates that he could offer due to dealer financing and recommended I look for better rates with my bank directly. I was very much warmed and suprised to see such honesty from a car dealer!He was very flexible so that I can provide the full payment to him and had a lot of options to pay the purchase price. I was able to secure the car through a token payment and the car listing went off the website the next day! Good Cars Only you guys are truly Burlington's best car doctors. I even told my wife our mechanic is like our physician. And if they don't take time to help you when you need them most then you would change your doctor wouldn't you? We had to get a light bulb changed in a 2014 Volvo XC60 AWD. Dealer would have cost up to $400. Another mechanic in the area said Oh wow we have to remove the bumper and you're looking at at least $300-$500".
