Staff is excellent at recommending teas for tea lattes. The service is great and the people are polite. Definitely spend time smelling all the different teas before you make a decision because there are so many to choose from. Also because this is in Oshawa the price of tea is cheaper than in Toronto.

The store has a semi-friendly atmosphere, the staff felt almost fake. The first time i went there i was served a bad sample and then was told if i wanted to try the same tea but brewed properly and to its best potential, i should come in and buy a drink. while this is a good business tactic, i felt it was almost insulting. If you're going to sample your tea make sure the samples are made properly. I also don't enjoy being in the store for too long as the walls are very bright and honestly give me a headache. Its not the worst store I've been to but if you wanna get some great quality tea please go to Teavana. They may be a bit more expensive, but only because it is top quality tea.

The sales girl (sorry I forget the sales girls name!) Was super amazing. Helped me with some great ideas for wedding favours, and even showed us how to use our new iced tea cups and spent a long time helping us pick the perfect tea! Great store with great products but the attentive and friendly staff make this location awesome!

I do not recommend David's tea because of their bad customer service.I purchased some new tea the other day and needed a new tea stepper as mine had broken. now David's tea has a much more costly steeper then competitors I still went with them as it's where I bought before.when there the girl talked to me to explain this new tea steeper you guys had called the tea press.I purchased it brought it home and tried it once.it's horrible...1 the filter at the bottom cannot be cleaned fully leaving specks of tea stuck in the filter to mold.... very sanitary2 it leaked3 you can only fit half the tea you could get into the orginalI reached out to them online to explain my product was used once and they said that because it was used even though only once that they would not be taking it back because they do not take back any used product...thanks David's tea now I'm stuck with a 35 dollar piece of mold collecting garbage... please maybe consider customer satisfaction... loose leaf tea stores are a bad a dozen these days and you guys have lost a customer

My daughter is crazy about David's tea and the one at the Oshawa Center is the best tea store we have ever been to. The staff are amazing. Super friendly, helpful and professional. They are so knowledgeable about all the teas they carry it is insane. Some of their accessories are a little pricey but totakly worth every penny because they are great quality and they guarantee all their products. My daughter has had to bring back one of her cups she bought and they replaced it right away, no questions asked. If you love tea you definitely need to try this place!

A small tea store beside the Oshawa Centre food court. Has some of the most delicious tea blends I have tasted. I prefer them over Teavana and the staff here are much friendlier and more enthusiastic as well. I prefer the atmosphere here as well because it is well lit and doesn't have an overwhelming smell. Their Matcha teas are not as good as Teavana's though, almost a little stale from the air exposure but I think that would be the only blemish this place has.

Great staff.... Good choices of tea flavors, and good sekection if mugs and tea accessories

The girls are super knowledgeable and great to talk to. Didn't know they made you iced teas out of any flavours they have available, and I loved it. They made a regular out of me!

The staff here is always amazing!I like having fun with the girls and ask them to surprise me with a tea to go! They are always helpful and know quite a bit about their products!

The store is nice but the teas have really become horrible. Very fake tasting. Definitely do not like the new fake sweet taste at all. Will find new place.
