We worked with Jennifer to select several sets of tile for a bathroom renovation. We found her design sense very helpful in picking out colours and textures, and she even designed an accent wall for us. We also appreciate her focus on helping the customer get the best overall design for a space: given the opportunity to sell us one more set of tile for a wall, Jennifer instead recommended that we just paint it to avoid an overly busy space. We'll definitely return for any future renos!

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINESTI Recently contacted House of Broadloom, to obtain a repair kit for an in floor heating system. After a number of texts and phone conversations, Gen, the consultant, was able to determine that the system was not part of the one they sold, yet she went out of her way to find a store in Sudbury that carried the system and further told me exactly what i needed to ask for. I will certainly be contacting Gen for my future flooring needs.Thanks a million
