Seriously one of my favorite places. Such a great environment. The coaches, Jason and his son Andrew, are so encouraging and knowledgeable. A great workout without feeling like you are working out.

Pembroke Boxing Club
This Boxing Club gave my son a safe and solid place to be when his depression almost got the best of him. Boxing, along with his Coach and team mates have really helped him in so many ways physical and mentally. I'm so thankful he is apart of Pembroke Boxing Club.

Pembroke Boxing Club
Pembroke boxing Club is the most professionally run club I’ve ever been involved with. Jason and all the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and are there to help not only to learn the art of boxing, but to help improve fitness, and to gain confidence in yourself. I have been involved with the club for the past 5 years and I have met some of the most amazing ladies in the ladies class. My daughter had gained the confidence to compete in the ring to win two provincial titles, something that wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for the coaches at the club.

An amazing club that is full of amazing people. Very understanding and accepting of all people. Providing an affordable, safe and judgement-free zone for people to learn and train. Various programs to choose from so everybody regardless of their experience can have fun! Outstandingly kind people!

Pembroke Boxing Club
My mom and I have been going to the Pembroke Boxing Club for a few years now and it is the most encouraging, and welcoming environment. Also, the coaches are the most selfless people I’ve ever met and go out of their way to ensure that everyone who walks through the doors goes home feeling better after class. The head coach and owner Jason is a huge advocate for improving mental health which is the reason he opened the boxing club in the first place. Jason and Andrew have made the boxing club such a great, positive, and inclusive place to be and is my second home.Thank you for everything you guys do for us!

The coaches at Pembroke boxing are always encouraging, supportive and positive. It is a judgement free zone where one always feels accepted. My daughter and I have been part of the club for years and have learned a lot, gained confidence in ourselves and have met some wonderful people along the way.

I have been going to boxing classes for over a year now and I am so enjoying it!! The welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and the great workouts are amazing. My self esteem is way up- I feel great and knowing that they are always there for me and all the other ladies in my class- Jason, Carla, Andrew, Kaelan-Lisa keep up the great work you guys do!! Highly recommend this club!!
