Do NOT use during covid, unless you plan on waiting untill 2022 for your package. Worst customer service. Will basically ignore you untill you go away. ( COVID is the ace up there sleeve"excuse for late packages)"

The store is great and I have had nothing but good experiences when I’m there. Phoning the store is problematic. I have only received busy signals today and finding specific numbers for specific departments seems to be impossible. The numbers should either be available on MySask or they should invest in an automated system that will direct calls rather than the busy signal that I’m currently getting.

Post office is always closed and never a notice at the front door.

The lady who answered the phone was kind. She apologized for a Canada post lady from a different office who hung up on me instead of helping. This lady, then, went out of her way to track down my parcel and had that office contact me so I could pick it up. Thank you for your service!

Deanna is doing a great job. I am sure she is doing what she does but for me it was the best experience I have had at Canada Post. She is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I can't say enough as this whole experience was way above what I expected. I had to write this review.I've always experienced slow service at Canada Post but this was way different. Now if my package is safely delivered, I am not going anywhere else in future.

I recently moved near the area and set up Canada Post's mail forwarding service. Everything went smoothly online and I was told I needed to go to a Canada Post location, to confirm my identity with ID.After standing in line for half an hour I presented my ID, and it was not good enough as it had the address I had just moved from. They require ID with current address to verify identity (how?) the ID is valid and me. This was not mentioned online, and they also had no problem of taking my money.I was told I could bring a bill in. I responded saying I just moved yesterday, I have no bills or anything set up. I don't understand why I couldn't forward my own mail (as my ID was my old address) to the moon if I wanted to, but to my new actual address? Impossible.So I left, went to the SGI in the parking lot and changed my address, (they didn't require anything) and got a temporary, only to return and wait in line for 15 minutes again.I've owned my own home for the last 10 years and never had a community mailbox, so imagine my frustration when I realized that I had to get a mailbox key sent from Canada Post and nothing was mentioned during online mail forward, or by the clerk who should have said something at that time.You will always be waiting in line here. The rare occasion there is actually two people working, only 1 will help customers while the other goes and does whatever else they feel like doing, while the line remains 6 or 7 people deep.

I hate going to this outlet. One individual in particular is so slow she makes pouring molasses in January look fast.Also want complain about the mail delivery person. I only end up at the this postal outlet when I have a parcel to be signed. The only.time I seem to get decent parcel service is when my mail person is off. I have complained to the corporation but it is nothing but a black hole. No follow up on complaints so staff get away with what ever they want.

This has to be one of the worst Canada Post locations in Saskatoon. They close early most days. The employees here are rude. They are supposed to be closed at 9pm. And for the past week they have closed 4.5 hours early at 5:30pm. As if this isn't the busiest time of the year to send packages. One time I called this location to ask where my packages I had dropped off a week before were because the tracking said they hadn't been scanned even though I passed them to the Canada Post attendant. The lady on the phone rudely said, I don't know

Honestly, I go there quite often and never had any issues. Employees are very polite and helpful. Yes, sometimes I have to wait a bit, but it is absolutely normal, isn't? People wait in lines to get registration in a hotel, to buy groceries or to get any other services. I don't usually write reviews, but this time I had to, because it is actually great location with great service!P.S. (edited): Well. I came there to send few suitcases. First, I was given one estimate of the price and later it turned to be slightly different. It is okay, but turned to be that there is only one employee who actually knows the complete information about the provided services. Second, I absolutely understand possible delays of delivery, but I do not understand why one of my suitcases was just kept at the post office without further processing. It has been 3 weeks already (instead of 6 business days) and there is no clear information on where my suitcases is. Third, the tracking number for the first suitcase was put in a system with a mistake, so employees from another city helped me to find the suitcase while in a system it was labeled just in progress"
