We recently had our couch reupholstered by Quality Upholstery. Allan and Romina were very responsive, and the pick-up and drop off was smooth. What matters most is that the quality of their workmanship was excellent. We are very happy with their work and glad to recommend.

EXTREMELY poor customer service. When I got my re-covered sofa back, it was missing two bolsters and a block in which to install one leg. I emailed and phoned them FOR A YEAR, pleading for the missing parts. On the rare occasion that I received a response, Romina told me how busy they were, and that she had to speak to Allan. And then she would NEVER phone or email me back.I feel sad writing this negative review; I try to patronize local small businesses. But these folks are definitely not worth the aggravation.

We had such an amazing experience with Quality Upholstery. They recovered a chair that was in pretty rough shape and made it new again. Very reasonably priced, personable and did such high quality work. Will definitely be returning for future projects!

absolutely horrible customer service, they take advantage of new clients.. there is no respect or no urgency to help them.. and there response is we are just to busy" we definitely never recommend them. If the customer service is horrible there is work is probably even worse."

Highly recommended for any upholstery needs. We got our banquette seating cushion custom made by them and we are thrilled with the quality. Allan is very knowledgeable and can guide you through the details that are needed for a beautiful final product. He asked us questions about measurements etc that we hadn't even thought of and was able to guide us in the right direction based on his years of experience. Quality work and reasonably priced. Super nice people. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Just picked up my reupholstered chairs. Delighted with the quality and price. Although I brought my own fabric I looked through their selection (for future projects) which was great. I found Allan and Romina to be very helpful and professional - can't ask for more!
