Management is wonderful, Olena and her team are very willing to help. If you require maintenance to be done in your apartment they respond very quickly.Apartments are quite large and heat and hot water is included. The units have working wood fire places which the building schedules for cleaning. Some of the units are renovated quite nicely as well.It is a family oriented building where some of the units are pet-friendly. If you have a pet this is a great place for you to be able to socialize your pet.Overall one of the best experiences I've had renting an apartment.

Want your laundry card filled? Or anything taken care of? Never expect the office to be open. Constantly closing an hour before just because....and with no notice. This is just a crappy place, they left my apartment with no bathroom wall for over a month! And no oven for two months!!

Friendly Russian staff with service equal to Moscow in 1985. Pool hours are for their convenience, not yours: 10am-9pm and they took it out of service on Jul 1st 2017 for weeks without explanation. All you could do was go each sweltering day and pull on door.

Management is wonderful, always sees that any issues are taken care of promptly. It’s an old build so that’s what you’re gonna get really.I wish there were more laundry machines though. Rent is reasonable and if you pay it on time you don’t get bugged.

Its 9:00am saturday morning. You think they could have their office open to refill your laundry card? NOPE. Hey, heres a thought!Put the machine in the actual laundry rooms!-Terrible management, they never fix anything in your suit. Ant, fungus gnat, silver fish, moth, spider, rat infestation all over. Every one has dogs who bark all hrs of all days. Under Airport flight paths. A block away from ambulance dispatch hall,Theft, vandalism, fires, drug addicts/dealer, car break- in's.

We just found out that they don't have any sort of proper plumbing..... literally just found out there was no seal on bathroom sink. I KID YOU NOT, 5 POUNDS OF BLACK MOLD!!! Never rent here oh my god.

The two bedroom apartments are very large. Also, short drive to Scott Road skytrain station makes trips downtown very easy.

Shannon garden, s too many vandalizms in parking lot underground. I've been here 6months and 8 cars have been broken into.fire was another issue 2am
