Going through an insurance claim process can be a major headache, thankfully dealing with the staff at the cooperators made it easy .They were friendly, helpful and took all the stress out of handling the claim. I just renewed my home insurance policy with them, happy I did!

i've had great experience with the Kitsilano location for a couple of complicated insurance requests. The staff are always very helpful with clear explanations of coverage, providing options, and quick turnaround on requests. Most recently, Judy helped me quickly put in place general liability insurance for my business. Highly recommend!

I wanted to get car insurance after moving here, they refused to insure me because I did not have a BC drivers license even though ICBC states I have 90 days to switch to a BC driver's license (It's 30 days to license and insure your vehicle). Went to London Drugs, helped me out with no hassle.

I could not get a hold of them, their prices went up every year without explanation. I needed to insure a new property quickly as I was closing on a mortgage. They did not answer the phone, or reply to emails. They insured my first house for a few years but eventually I just got tired of feeling like they didn't even exist, but still took my money. I doubt you'd be able to get a quote from them even if you tried.

Been with this company for 2 years, always good experience. Quick to respond, friendly, and they make sure I get what I need. A few months ago I had to make a claim - response was quick and the payment I received was fair. Just renewed my home owners insurance and, even though my premium had to go up slightly due to the claim, the broker Elmer worked to get the best price he could and kept the increase to a minimum.

I came here to review my car insurance. Elmer Arguelles was very patient and informative. He helped answer all of my questions and alter my plan exactly how I wanted it. He also helped me get a discount for my previous driving experience. It was a great experience as far as purchasing insurance goes, and Elmer is a great guy! Thank you!

I brought in license plates of a vehicle to cancel it's insurance and they cancelled the insurance on my other car. After I found out, they refused to help in any way and stopped answering my emails. Not impressed.
