Repair took longer than 4 days BUUUTTTT they repaired items that we didn't know needed fixing. Very polite and respectful staff. If I could rate more than the 5 stars, I certainly would. Best experience with a repair.

I brought in my 2023 Tahoe to see if minor damage to my rear bumper could be fixed as parts on order were on back order due to supply chain issues.I was surprised to learn that most of my damage was repaired with a minor buff and Jamie the Estimator said I should only need some body clips and a bracket to reposition the back bumper plate. before with damage and 2 after photosThis honesty in what was needed and what could be reworked was amazing! Thanks for saving me a Thousand in repairs!! Home town heart deserved some coffee and muffins as a thank you!THANKS to John and his Team!!

They damaged my car during the repair. First they damaged the left led headlight bulb and refused to do anything. I had to contact my insurance company for a replacement bulb. Second, they damaged the cap of the windshield fluid container. I do not want to waste another one hour to discuss about it with them. I will fix the cap myself but won’t go to this place again.

Our van was brought in to have left rear corner fixed after a cube van hit it..2500.00 damage.The were kind ,courteous, prompt and efficient. Process was easy and not stressful.The van looks brand new.. They also detailed the inside. Cleaned everything without being asked.Highly recommend.

My car got in a hit and run and Fix Auto took great care of it! They had a rental car set up all good to go the second I got there and I got frequent updates about the status of the repairs. There's no other body shop to choose other than FixAuto!

Excellent!!! Had a lot of damage from hitting a deer. Fix Auto handle everything amazingly from dealing with my insurance company, getting me a rental and ordering everything in to make sure my car got fix probably. Looks better than it did before the accident could not be more happy that I than recommend my dad to go there. Great customer service and work thank you! (first 2 pics show the damage I had, last pic is how great the car looks now)

Appreciated the amazing job they have done for my car! They are transparent and trusted. I have been to this store for several times when I got accidents. Find Nick, one of specialists, to estimate the cost for your car damage. He is a good funny guy! He would try his best to help you out and save your pocket! Meanwhile, thanks for the crew since they are very nice and patient to speed up my case. Overall, excellent!!

Brought my car here for collision repair since it was down the street from me - excellent service! They run a very efficient business and they even cleaned my car before giving it back to me. The work that was done looks great. Very pleased! Would bring my car back here (but hopefully won’t have to).
