This was my first time hiring a personal trainer. Cindy listened to my needs, wants and goals. She worked with me to achieve all that and I have an exercise plan to work on at home to maintain my goal.

I was tired of my weight yo-yoing from trying different diets. I reached out to Cindy through a successful client, that I knew from work, who was very happy with Cindy's knowledge and support. I started in November and I've lost a total of 16 pounds. I haven't been this weight since my early 30's. With a few more pounds to loss Cindy is helping me build up some muscles. I have also learned a great deal of how to nourish my body with the right nutrients. It is a journey and I'm feeling wonderful and very grateful for all the help and support that I've received from Cindy. She is very relatable, takes her business seriously and has a great desire to make her clients successful.

I have been working with Revive Health and Fitness since October 2020 and have had some amazing results. Cindy is pleasant to work with and has a passion for Health and Fitness. A year ago, I would not have been willing to workout at home as I enjoyed the social component of going to group classes at our local club. Hiring Cindy as a personal trainer has taught me that I can work out on my own virtually and still have a sense of belonging! Cindy and I had two sessions a week which I always found motivating and informative. Cindy presented new exercises to me safely and challenged me as I got stronger. I was also given exercises, stretches, and tips for eating in writing which have been a great reference and will continue to be. I would say the benefit of a personal trainer is worth it. I feel I am much much further ahead in reaching my weight loss and strength goals. With the knowledge on exercise, strength training and diet I feel very confident I can go forward and maintain and maximize my strength training efforts.

Cindy has worked with me for over a year. I lost 50 pounds and because of that weight loss and strengthening my leg muscles, I came through knee replacement surgery very well.She has helped us understand the importance of protein in our diet to help with weight loss and feeling full. I signed with Cindy to be a guide for weight loss. I lost weight, but more importantly I learned about nutrients that I was lacking in daily eating. Additionally, I learned where excess calories were preventing weight loss. We met weekly for new challenges for me to work on.Cindy gave me great ideas that I continue to utilize today. An extra bonus is, our relationship continues through her Facebook page, where she provides videos for nutrition, exercise, recipes and encouragement. Cindy is very knowledgeable. Thanks Cindy!

Cindy is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and flexible with how and when to meet. I loved that on busy weeks we could touch base via a google form and, on other weeks, we could chat on zoom. The workouts she created were just difficult enough and she regularly tweaked them to ensure I was getting the most benefit from them. She was also super helpful with offering alternatives to my regular diet. She encouraged me to try some different foods and to increase my protein intake which made a big difference. Overall, I am very happy with the three month training I had with Cindy. It gave me the jumpstart I needed to get back into a regular exercise routine. I would recommend her to anyone looking for some support in their health journey.

Cindy's support has been amazing in our healthy-lifestyle change journey! Arlo and I have both lost a lot of weight (80 pounds between the two of us to date). That has been great, but more than the weight loss, we feel healthier and younger. We aren't dieting - Cindy has helped guide us with food choices and habits that are easy to maintain and fit with our family - we enjoy our meals!
