Quality First Concrete

We hired this company last year to pour a concrete patio in our backyard and it was a total nightmare. Our back was dug up for over a month with rebar everywhere and when they finally did pour it was horrible. The stamps they used were all mislaid and uneven and half the patio did not have stamp imprints at all. The men peed into water bottles and then left it in our backyard for the kids to find. Sharp metal and tools were left all over the place. On top of that it was sloped terribly causing water to pool and the patio was cracked and chipping within a week. We’ve had to have the entire thing torn up and redone this year and the new contractor is shocked at how terribly the project was done. The rebar wasn’t even attached to the concrete. I could not be more disappointed in this company and would not recommend Ryan to anyone.

These guys have zero knowledge on concrete pouring.I hired them few months to pour concrete in my patio,they used a very quality material.The concrete cracked and peeled after 6 months.I called the guy whose name is Ryan to address the problem he never responded to me.Please don’t waste your money with this company.

HORRIBLE! We had leak in cold cellar with water coming in over electrical panel - could see some cracks in the walls. This contractor was supposed to fill in all cracks and holes (if any) so that it no longer leaked. Three visits later and STILL tons of water is leaking into the cold cellar. We were desperate when it was still leaking after his second visit so we paid the additional fee he insisted upon - but we expected that to be the last visit & the problem would be solved. Nope! The cellar still has water pouring in & Ryan (who I assume is the owner) refuses to answer my text or calls.

Totally destroyed the project. The slope is not correct and a complete corner is peeling/breaking and chipping away. They were supposed to come and repair it but of course that never happened. Make sure you inspect the job really good before handing your hard earned money.

Ryan is not a trust worthy guy. Took money and did not show up. Fraud and liar. Don't waste your hardworking money.

What an amazing job! Ryan didn't leave the site until I was fully satisfied with the results.I am now a permanent client of Ryan.
