Wrong Dave...the issue was NOT resolved. I let it go because I was tired of dealing with the incompetance of yourself and your employees.

Horrible! Beware!!When my sister was unable to pay her insurance due to COVID, they made me sign a paper saying that she couldn’t drive MY car. When I asked what I needed to do to remove the restriction, they told me that she would just need to get her own insurance - which she did within a couple of weeks. A year later, while driving my car, she was rear-ended - totaling my car.They refused to handle my claim - saying that she still couldn’t drive MY car, even after getting her own insurance! And she wasn’t even at fault!!

Just used the live chat function off this as i new the office was closed until monday. Had some question about a claim. Didn't think i would get a response so fast. Awesome!
