I'm a contractor.Bought about 30-40 kidde smokes from them. Came to buy 18 more today and had 2 faulty ones from previous purchase (well under 1yr). They told me to deal with the manuf. and wouldn't help. I'd rather pay the $5 more per unit from the electrical wholesaler and have some support with recent purchase rather than the 'best price' and good luck with what you bought when you walk out the door.So for the best price this place is good.For any help with a defective item (within very reasonable timeline if any) you're on your own.

I am a contractor I bought what was supposed to be 26 meters of 6/3 wire I didn't get around to use it because of the weather but today I opened the roll and put it through my conduit and it turned out to be too short I measured the wire it was 3 meters short so I called them and they said it could not be their mistake now I am stuck with a wire I can not use
