Family spent a wonderful week here digging for artifacts. One of the few amphitheatres in Canada. Will come back with more shovels and stay longer and maybe find something. Great Covid activity.

Love the view of the city on the south and east side, and the view of the false creek trail.Unconventionally, sitting down on the hillside of this small park at the east end of Granville Island definitely makes you feel like the grass is greener on THIS side". yay!Photos are actually taken from the other side of the park."

Amphitheatre - Ron Basford Park
It's a small park in the corner of Granville Island. The whole area is good for a little walk just next to the water. It's so pretty in spring when the cherry blossoms are blooming.A good spot enjoy view, flowers, downtown and the feelings of little village across the water.We come too soon this year. The cherry blossoms are not ready yet but it is still so pretty.
