I usually change my own tires, but this year they were stuck. I couldn't find a garage that could take me before the December 1st deadline but I called this place last minute and he was able to fit me in the next morning and get my tires done quickly! The staff is friendly and they did a great job! Highly recommend :)

I've been going to this garage for about 4 years now. I find the owner extremely flexible and also very honest. A couple of times I had issues with my car where it fell under the warranty, rather than fix it himself he told me to return to my dealership. He's not out to make extra $$.What I also love about this garage is that the owner will always call me if ever there is work to be done other than the usual maintenance. I've been to many garages who will do the work and then surprise you with a huge bill afterwards.I highly recommend Martin Jacques!

Martin is super nice and does everything he can to make his services affordable. After fixing my car he told me that if I still had any issues in the next week I could come back and he'd fix them for free

Amazing service! We brought my car in to get work done for our safety inspection. They called to tell us what we needed done. Then did the work. In the end we paid less than they had quoted. Really nice guys! Quality work!

I was stuck with a problem at 4pm at the beginning of a snowstorm, toddlers in the car after a super long day. And the start button of our car just fell into the car. It started, but we couldn't turn the car off since the button was now gone. I tried for an hour to fix it, YouTube videos, I was really stuck. More complicated than popping one or two things in and out for a layman.They not only took me in right away to check it out even though they were clearly busy, they fixed it within a few minutes and were extremely reasonable with the price.They were also pleasant and friendly.Thank you!!

Steady excellent service. Nothing to add. Martin (the owner) saved one of my cars a few years back for a third of the price of the competition. He also adapted the repairs to my driving to save costs (clutch used at 10 percent over 11 years didn't need prime quality clutch). Love the place, love the service and love their work. Awesome team!

I've been here once before and they were fine, but I've called them multiple times a day for the last week to book a tire change appointment and no one has answered the phone a single time. Impossible to book with them and it's extremely frustrating.
